Eligibility for NICL AO 2021
Nationality –
Candidate must be citizen of India
(or Nepal/Bhutan) or person with Indian origin migrated from shri Lanka with intension to settle in India.
Educational Qualification –
Candidate must be graduate/ post graduate in any discipline from government recognized Institutes with at least 60% marks in degree examination (55% for SC/ST).
Candidate must possess valid mark sheet or degree certificate as on 20 April 2021.
AGE –
Minimum – 21
Maximum – 30 as on 1-03-2021.
Age relaxation 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD.
Selection Procedure for NICL AO 2021
There will be two exams.
1.preliminary
2.mains
Preliminary exam will be objective type for 100 marks. There will be sectional cut off.
Candidates shortlisted for main exam on basis of performance in prelim.
Main exam consist of objective exam for 200 marks and one descriptive paper for 30 marks for English essay.
Descriptive test only evaluated if candidate score above sectional cut off in mains objective exam.
A candidate shall be required to qualify in the descriptive test, but the marks in the descriptive test will not be counted towards short listing for interview or final selection.
Negative marking 1/4 th for both prelim and mains.
