Physical Efficiency Test for Karnataka PSI Recruitment 2021

For Men:

• Running – 1600 Meters with Qualifying Time 7 minutes
• Long Jump – 3.80 Meters (3 Chance only)
• High Jump – 1.2 Meters ( 3 Chance Only)
• Shot Put – 7.26 kg (5.60 meters)

Physical Efficiency Test KSP PSI for Women

• Running – 400 Meters with Qualifying Time 7 minutes
• Long Jump – 2.50 Meters (3 Chance only)
• High Jump – 0.90Meters ( 3 Chance Only)
• Shot Put – 4 kg (3.75 meters)

In KSP Police SI recruitment Physical test is the most important part of the Selection process. Selection Process Takes place as below.

• Endurance/ Physical Eligibility Test
• Physical Efficiency Test

For Men: 

• Height – 168 cm
• Weight – 55 Kg
• Chest – 79 cm without expansion and 84 cm with expansion

For Female:

• Height – 163 cm
• Weight – 50 Kg
