Billboard Music Awards 2022 BTS Wins

Billboard Music Awards 2022 BTS has just added another Billboard Music Award to their impressive record.

On May 15, the South Korean boy band RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook won three awards at the 2022 Billboard Music Awards. BTS was named Top Duo/Group, Top Song Sales Artist, & Top Selling Song.

It’s a huge deal since it’s their third award for Top Duo/Group, tying them with One Direction for the most victories in the category.

Why BTS didn’t come to Billboard Music Awards 2022?

Meanwhile, BTS members did not attend or perform at the BBMAs this year. The lads were in Las Vegas in April for their four-day Permission to Dance on Stage tour and were unable to return for the BBMAs. According to reports, this is due to the fact that the highly adored vocalists are now working on their forthcoming anthology album named ‘Proof,’ which is planned to be released on June 10.

While BTS will not be attending the Billboard Music Awards, the group has made its fans happy with three significant victories at the ceremony, including Top Duo/Group, Top Selling Song, and Top Song Sales Artist.

Billboard Music Awards 2022 BTS Breaks Record of Destiny’s Child

According to Soompi, BTS guys currently have 12 Billboard Music Award victories to Destiny’s Child’s 11. It should also be remembered that Destiny’s Child held the unbreakable record for the most BBMAs for 17 years.
